Had the Pistachio and Lemon Basil gelato and they were incredible! Psyched that it's homemade in small batches. Sweetness is on point. One of thrse days I will drive up there to get a tub back to Chicago.

I don't know what that Danny C was smoking but he could not be more wrong about the Gelato or anything else at Medusa! Best Gelato I have ever had. Everything is absolutely delish! The Greek salad is to die for as is the chicken Picada! Maybe Danny C needs to go to Wendys and get a frosty!

A veteran of Lake Geneva has returned and has not missed a beat. Gelato is absolutely amazing along with his other desserts. Do not miss out on his soups or other items he has from time to time. Do not skip going to this place.

I finally found a Gelato place that makes and tastes the same way as it is in Italy. I was in Italy for 3 weeks vacation.. Will keep coming back to Medusa. I am from Chicago and its only an hour drive

I was lucky enough to have an anniversary dinner at the original Medusa and am very pleased to say that this new spot lives up to the name, albeit offering a different product. You can tell that the owner cares very deeply about the product makes it all from scratch using local ingredients. Simply outstanding.

4.5* (out of 5) 07/29/2023 This place was recommended to us by a great server (Scot) at Sopra Bistro when we mentioned that our next stop was for ice cream. It is our understanding that it opened relatively recently, but given the great flavors and taste...I'm guessing it will do well. We ended up going with a Salted Caramel and a Pistachio for our choices and while we found each of them a little more salty than we'd prefer, they were both delicious! My apologies...as we started eating them too quickly and didn't get pictures. If you are looking for some good gelato in the heart of Lake Geneva, you will love this place! We stopped at Medusa while on our way to the beach and it did not disappoint. The gelato was amazing. But what was even better was the cream puff we had! It was so good! Cute little spot to grab a sweet treat in Lake Geneva! Great customer service too. Cute little vibe on the inside with lots of choices.
